Please allow up to three working days for your order to be prepared for shipment. All orders are sent on a Tracked 24 hour service. Live items will only be shipped Monday - Thursday. Live items will not be posted unless we are confident that the temperatures will be above  6 degrees Celsius.

If you would like to add to an order after you have already completed checkout, please use discount code, "ADD2" this will remove any additional shipping costs. (please note, this can only be used if you have an active order that has not already been dispatched.)
