Perfect!

I purchased five of these lovely little cuties and actually got a few more unexpectedly! I won't complain. They are amazing little snails. I fear I will not actually see them again now I've managed to get them all into there new home lol. Thank you SO much! I also got a few other lovely unexpected things in my package too! So thank you so much for that as well. Amazing company and I can't wait to see my snails grow and hopefully thrive in there new home!

canceled my order even though they have in stock?

Really disappointed I saw nothing but good reviews and I brought 5 Leptinaria Unilamellata snails and they canceled my order, I’ve had no money back or an explanation. I literally brought the only thing that is in stock basically and I’m really disappointed as I’ve spend money on the enclosure for nothing! I hope I get something sent anyway or money back.
